Key Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly financial statements and managerial reports
• Prepare weekly occupancy and marketing-related reports




• Analyze revenue from the Ministry of Health
• Calculate payroll accruals and other journal entries
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and government reports
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Financial Analyst or accounting role
• CPA designation in progress is highly valued
• Experience with large data sets and analysis
• Knowledge in long-term care or real estate
• Solid analytical and presentation skills required
