We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Plasterers, Drywall Installers/Finishers, and Lathers to join our growing team. Successful candidates will work on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, contributing to high-quality wall, ceiling, and finishing systems.This role may involve new construction, renovations, repairs, and restoration work.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlastering Duties

- Prepare and clean wall and ceiling surfaces before application
- Mix plaster and related materials to proper consistency
- Apply, level, and finish plaster or stucco using hand and spray equipment
- Create smooth, decorative, or textured finishes as required
- Repair and restore damaged plaster surfaces
- Install decorative mouldings, trims, and ornamental plaster features
- Apply acoustic or textured coatings to walls and ceilings when required
- Ensure finished surfaces meet quality and durability standards

Drywall Installation & Finishing

- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings
- Secure drywall to wood or metal framing systems
- Install corner beads and protective finishing materials
- Tape, mud, and finish drywall joints and fastener points
- Apply multiple coats of joint compound and sand for a smooth finish
- Repair cracks, seams, and damaged drywall areas




- Assemble and install suspended and acoustical ceiling systems where required

Lathing & Framing Responsibilities

- Read layouts and prepare framing configurations for walls and ceilings
- Install metal studs, furring systems, and support framing
- Attach metal or gypsum lath using appropriate fastening systems
- Cut and prepare openings for mechanical, electrical, and ventilation components
- Install reinforcement materials including wire mesh and corner systems
- Support ceiling and wall system installations according to project specifications

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
- Equivalent hands‑on industry experience may be considered
- Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and building practices
- Robust attention to detail and ability to deliver quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Can communicate in both French and English

Salary Range: 29.28$ to 42$ per hour
