Job requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job duties

- Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
- Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
- Order merchandise
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Assign store workers to duties
- Establish work schedules
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Resolve issues in case of customer complaints or supply shortages
