In this Employee Experience Designer role, you will manage and enhance products that contribute positively to employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience or HR • Relevant Bachelor's degree in a related field • Track record of leading wide-reaching initiatives successfully • Solid capability in design thinking and journey mapping • Familiarity with complex systems and innovations
