Clio is currently seeking a Senior Implementation Expert to amplify customer success within its dedicated team in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary. In this role, you will utilize your project management and customer interaction skills to ensure seamless implementation of crucial legal software for high-value clients. Your insights and dedication will be vital in optimizing client adoption and enhancing their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage coordination with Clio's teams and customer network • Develop strategic project plans outlining key goals and timelines • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies proactively • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout projects • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or similar practical experience • 2+ years in project management or implementation consulting • Proven experience with change management processes • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Competence in customizing software to align with client needs
