We are looking for two candidates to fill the part time float position, operating Sundays to Saturdays. Responsibilities include performing specimen collections, ECGs, and supporting clients with their inquiries. A background in a related field such as nursing or medical laboratory sciences is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage patients for specimen collection processes
• Conduct phlebotomy and monitor vitals effectively
• Manage the collection of specific legal and clinical tests
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing
Requirements:
• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Assistant program
• Familiarity with ECG practices is a plus
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and synergistically
• Commitment to patient confidentiality standards
