About The Opportunity

This role involves arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation, ticketing, changes, and queue management. You will provide exceptional customer service and develop relationships with Canadian business travelers. The position requires a 40‑hour work week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET Monday‑Friday, on a rotating schedule to cover business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international trips, considering Canadian‑specific travel requirements.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with Canadian business travelers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers’ needs.
- Execute all duties within company guidelines for customer service, PNRS documentation, ticketing, invoicing, and accuracy.
- Comprehend and strictly comply with Canadian travel policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements.
- Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.




- Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations.
- Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving complex international fares.
- Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption.
- Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

Experience & Qualifications

- 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management.
- Proficiency with the Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
- Experience with quality control processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, handling complex itinerary changes.
- Ability to manipulate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Capacity to multitask and maintain quality under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to keep clients informed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and communication tools.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and adapting to new technologies.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and task‑manager capable.




- Reliable high‑speed internet connectivity required.

Location & Salary

Toronto, Ontario. Annual salary of $50,000 plus commission/incentives based on targets, with on‑target earnings ranging from $50,000 to $67,000. Salary depends on experience, location, and job requirements. Benefits are not included in the salary range.
