• Provide pricing for customer upgrades and modifications
• Support vendor tendering and pricing analysis
Requirements:
• Degree in Estimating, Architectural Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years in residential homebuilding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Ability to read residential construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
