Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and draft policies to enhance market integrity
• Engage with the Canadian Securities Administrators for rule approvals
• Review international and domestic market structure developments




• Represent CIRO in meetings and advisory committees
• Support CIRO divisions including Surveillance and Compliance
Requirements:
• Law Degree and in positive standing with Canadian Bar
• 5–10 years’ relevant experience in the regulatory field
• Experience in policy development and project management
• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of securities legislation and market operations
