As a member of our multidisciplinary team, your role will involve assisting clients with personal care, nutrition, mobility, and daily activities while upholding both AHS values and qualified standards. You'll engage with clients, families, and other health care professionals, providing vital support to enhance quality of life and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate personal care, including bathing and grooming
• Report changes in client health to the supervising nurse
• Help with mobility, including transfers and positions




• Assist in meal preparation and ensure hydration
• Ensure a supportive and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
• Proof of Health Care Aide certification in Alberta
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel safely on various road conditions
• Experience in continuing care or palliative support is an asset
• Current BLS certification preferred
