In this senior role, you'll take charge of full-cycle payroll processing ensuring compliance and accuracy for a multi-provincial workforce. You'll also offer guidance on payroll laws and employee benefits, while managing payroll inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle semi-monthly payroll for diverse employee groups
• Facilitate detailed payroll audits and compliance checks
• Address payroll-related inquiries through shared mailbox
• Manage perks billing and reconciliation accurately




• Support year-end payroll reporting activities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant in-house payroll experience
• Completed or in progress with the Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation
• Proficient in UKG payroll and workforce management
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Strong English language proficiency needed for effective communication
