Become a key player in WIND’s mission by serving as a Resident Mission Leader in San Juan Cotzal, Guatemala. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening local ministries and engaging community outreach.
WIND is looking for an individual who can passionately lead initiatives among the Ixil community. You will be tasked with ensuring program effectiveness, developing relationships with indigenous leaders, and offering training opportunities. A commitment of at least one year is desired, with potential for longer service as guided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective management of WIND programs
• Liaise with partners to enhance outreach
• Conduct training for local leaders and pastors
• Support logistical planning and translations
• Engage in community outreach and ministry expansion
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 21
• Commitment to Christian values and church involvement
• Experience in cross-cultural missions
• Ability to thrive in challenging environments
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
