The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the day shift to lead and develop the production team. You'll own the day-to-day supervision of production operations, keeping safety, quality, and efficiency standards on track. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

The Opportunity

- Supervise and direct production employees
- Uphold operational procedures — safety, quality, yield, GMP, HACCP, and BRC
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, provide coaching and discipline




- Coordinate and execute the production plan alongside stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional departments to keep plant expectations on track
- Maintain employee records related to H&S;, production, and timesheets
- Support continuous improvement by helping develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and SOPs
- Participate in internal and external audits, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions as needed

Requirements

- Proven supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and food safety regulations
- Solid people leadership skills
- Experience managing production scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders
