You will manage a diverse portfolio of mid-level donors through personalized engagement strategies that inspire higher philanthropic support. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement fundraising strategies for mid-level donor acquisition

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of fundraising or account management experience
• Proven success with donor cultivation and retention
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit environments an asset
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
