As a vital part of the interprofessional healthcare team, you will independently address the intricate health needs of patients while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses. Your role includes assessing care requirements, executing evidence-based nursing interventions, and ensuring effective patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with families
• Continuously reassess and plan care strategies
• Implement evidence-based nursing practices and interventions
• Commit to quality improvement initiatives and qualified growth
• Collaborate with RNs to ensure effective patient education
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration without practice restrictions
• 6-12 months of recent acute care experience preferred
• CPR certification from Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Knowledge of safe and ethical care practices
