The Pharmacist at Halton Healthcare will perform essential dispensary duties, ensuring accurate medication order reviews and supporting Pharmacy Technicians. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process medication orders in a timely manner
• Assist in clinical problem-solving and drug distribution




• Provide training and support for Pharmacy Technicians and students
• Handle medication reconciliation efforts across units
• Maintain detailed and organized dispensing practices
Requirements:
• B.Sc. Phm and eligibility for Ontario College licensure required
• Previous clinical pharmacy experience expected
• Familiarity with Meditech pharmacy modules is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare workplace
