As a 3rd Cook in central British Columbia, you will have 2-3 years of culinary experience and a valid food safety certificate to back your skill set. This role is focused on high-quality food service, cleanliness, and safety in food handling, ensuring that you operate kitchen equipment in adherence to policies. The position fosters a culture of teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals
• Assist in organizing food serving areas effectively
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and uphold procedures
• Ensure daily kitchen logs are meticulously maintained
• Engage courteously with customers and team members
Requirements:
• Culinary program completion at a college level
• 2-3 years as a 3rd Cook in hospitality
• Certificated in food safety
• Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
