This position involves being part of NHH's vibrant Critical Care Team, serving as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) in a 10-bed ICU. You'll also provide in-patient consultation from the Emergency Department and work closely with the Hospitalist service. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary physician for adult medical patients
• Conduct in-patient consultations from the Emergency Department




• Participate in 24/7 on-call group scheduling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
• Access in office ambulatory care clinics and services
Requirements:
• Fully independent registration with CPSO
• Critical Care certification required
• Strong team collaboration experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
