In this pivotal role, you will implement and maintain HSE programs aligned with regulatory requirements and site-specific needs. You will act as the primary contact for all HSE matters, directly engaging with leadership to strengthen safe working practices and support incident management. Your efforts will contribute to effective risk management and enhance overall HSE performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement corporate HSE policies and standards effectively
• Serve as the main HSE contact for Dowling operations
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations
• Deliver HSE training and awareness initiatives
• Monitor environmental compliance and performance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
• 3-5 years of HSE experience in relevant environments
• Strong knowledge of Ontario legislation and regulations
• Experience with HSE policy implementation
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
