In this Sales Associate/Stylist role at Valuable American, you'll engage with clients and help redefine apperal experiences for women of all sizes. Fulfilling a variety of responsibilities, you will drive sales, curate client engagements, and maintain brand standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a brand ambassador to support client engagement
• Drive individual and team sales performance
• Provide in-depth styling suggestions to clients
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising throughout the store
• Create a strong client book for future engagement
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail apparel experience
• Familiarity with KPI in retail settings
• Strong fashion sense and styling skills
• Comfortable with technology and communication
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs. and climb ladders
