Accounting and Operations Specialist

Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a leading high-end design and luxury furniture retailer, is looking for a motivated Accounting and Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This dynamic role combines accounting, administrative, and operational responsibilities in a collaborative, design-driven workplace. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Process AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and customer balance follow-ups
- Support shipment and purchasing departments, including inventory coordination
- Create POs and maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Provide general office support: filing, reporting, and documentation




- Offer backup coverage for reception and other administrative tasks as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- 2+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping with administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfort collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers
- Experience with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage or similar)
