In this critical role, you will supervise a workforce of 40-75 employees, ensuring production schedules are met with safety and quality at the forefront. Your expertise in operations and compliance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety will be essential as you inspire and manage staff, handle production hurdles, and maintain morale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise manufacturing workforce to meet production goals

Requirements:
• 3+ years of production supervisory experience
