About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and people-centered executive with a strong background in shaping and executing people strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive work culture. This role involves leading the development of a multi-year people and culture strategy, supporting a high-performing team, and driving initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and employee experience. The VP will also be responsible for championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, integrity, inclusion, and adaptability, and will play a key role in leading change initiatives to ensure organizational agility and long-term performance.





Applicants for the Vice President, People & Culture position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive senior leadership experience in HR, people and culture, organizational development, or a related field. A proven track record in leading organizational transformation, culture change, and advising executive teams on people-related matters is essential. The role requires a leader with robust business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into practical action. A collaborative leadership style, the ability to build trust, and experience in leading through complexity and change are also key qualifications. A degree in a relevant discipline is required, and a CPHR designation or graduate-level education is considered an asset.
