We seek a reliable Skilled Baker to enhance our morning team, ensuring precision and consistency in all creations. Your day will start before sunrise, preparing an array of breads and pastries from scratch while upholding food safety standards. This position is ideal for those who excel in fast-paced environments and aim for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake a variety of breads, rolls, and sweets from scratch
• Follow and maintain established recipes meticulously
• Monitor and manage baking conditions effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
• Track inventory and prepare ingredients as needed
Requirements:
• Commercial baking experience required
• Strong understanding of baking and dough techniques
• Ability to work independently in early hours
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg
• Food Secure certification (or willingness to obtain)
