Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, this HRBP position is vital for supporting leaders and employees across Ontario. You'll collaborate with the People & Culture team to implement key initiatives and uphold company policies. With responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, your role will ensure effective HR practices locally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on HR strategy and people matters
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Ontario
• Facilitate onboarding for recent hires and ensure cultural fit




• Provide employee relations support and guidance
• Contribute to performance management and talent reviews
Requirements:
• 7+ years in HR, ideally as HRBP or Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
