The Company is seeking a General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Privacy Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will provide strategic counsel on a wide range of legal, regulatory, governance, and risk matters, and will be instrumental in decision-making processes.



Key responsibilities include leading the legal strategy across various portfolios, such as commercial transactions, intellectual property, research and technology commercialization, and guiding the organization through the challenges of emerging technologies, data governance, and public-private collaboration.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a seasoned legal executive with a law degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience in both private practice and senior in-house positions. They must have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and risk management.
