Clutch is seeking an entry-level Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join the Operations team in Toronto. This role focuses on ensuring the safety, compliance, and presentation of our national fleet across multiple provinces. You will work with vendors and internal teams to monitor maintenance, track repairs, and facilitate fleet growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with vendors
• Monitor service requirements to maximize fleet uptime
• Track open repairs and follow up on service quality
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure accountability
• Assist with inventory management of fleet-related supplies
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of service coordination or administrative support
• Experience in transportation or fleet environments preferred
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus
