The Company is seeking a Vice President, Execution & Advisory to take on a national leadership role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and public policy. This position offers the opportunity to advise senior leadership, the Board, and Government, and to have true ownership over the entire process, from strategy setting to outcome realization. The role is ideal for an ambitious qualified with a background in investment banking, corporate development, or advisory, who is ready to leverage their deep technical expertise and broaden their influence across governance, risk, policy, and national economic priorities.





Applicants for the Vice President, Execution & Advisory role at the company should be strategic and agile leaders with a proven track record in capital markets and corporate finance. The role requires the ability to navigate complex transactions and financial structures, deliver results in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments, and lead full-cycle deal execution.
