Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- 2+ years of Project Management or Analyst experience
- Experience in creating business cases, gathering requirements, financials
- Post secondary education – degree or diploma
SOFT SKILLS:
- Very strong and clear communication (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
- Ability to apply critical thinking
NICE-TO-HAVE
- PMP certification
