• Manage technical support for over 3,000 lab and employee computers • Oversee projects for client technology acquisition and renewal • Develop and manage Service Level Agreements for transparency • Lead a multi-disciplinary team with performance metrics • Ensure systems remain secure and operational

Requirements: • 7 years of helpdesk support experience in large IT environments • 5 years of management experience in IT Service Management • Knowledge of servicing desktop technologies and audio-visual systems • ITIL Foundation Certifications or COBIT Certification required • Solid leadership and mentoring skills for team development
