Become the Maintenance Manager for our frac sand operations in Peace River, Alberta, ensuring the reliability and quality of production processes. Focus on reducing downtime and enhancing maintenance procedures.
As part of our team, you will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for leading the maintenance function aimed at improving process uptime and efficiencies. Your focus on root cause analysis and preventive maintenance will drive critical performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for the maintenance team and foster development
• Reduce unplanned downtime through targeted strategies
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs




• Monitor reliability metrics and support continuous improvement
• Engage with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Over 5 years of proven leadership in maintenance
• Experience in heavy industrial environments like frac sand
• Solid analytical and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with Alberta's safety regulations
