Due to the recent hail storm and the increased administrative workload that has followed, we're looking for a Term Administrative Assistant who's organized, reliable, and ready to provide day-to-day support to our team. This is a term position with an indefinite end date based on workload.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform basic data entry using computer software
- File and organize paperwork and office records
- Assist with general administrative and office duties as needed

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning current software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
