As the FP&A; Manager, you will report to the Director and lead the financial planning initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive financial models, performing variance analysis, and supporting leadership with insightful reports. This role will also guide the FP&A; team, optimizing planning processes to better manage the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Network and IT's OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and planning
• Create and maintain detailed forecasts and financial models
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and generate reports




• Ensure the accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and actuals
• Collaborate with technical teams on strategic investment evaluations
Requirements:
• CPA designation is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 3-5+ years in FP&A; or financial analysis
• Experience in CAPEX-intensive environments
• Advanced Excel capabilities; SAP knowledge is an asset
