As a Facilities Coordinator reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will handle repairs, maintenance tasks, and minor improvements across stores, head office, and warehouses. You'll also assist with cross-functional projects and Agile store support while ensuring all service level agreements are met. Your proactive approach will help maintain JD Sports' on-brand retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT & Facilities work order requests swiftly
• Ensure timely repair SLAs are achieved
• Respond effectively to maintenance inquiries




• Assist in the planning of IT infrastructure installations
• Analyze and review CAD drawings for accuracy
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and retail knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
