LifeLabs is looking for a full time Lab Patient Technician to manage the specimen collection process. This role emphasizes skills in phlebotomy and patient communication while ensuring every client feels valued and understood. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and guide patients through the specimen process
• Perform phlebotomy and holter monitor tasks
• Conduct special test collections and complete necessary forms




• Maintain client communication and follow up on requests
• Prepare and transport specimens for further testing
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Lab Assistant program is preferred
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and computer capabilities
• Strong focus on customer service and empathy
• Adherence to strict patient confidentiality standards
