Equation Staffing is currently seeking Warehouse Associates for Pallet Repair for a client located in Calgary AB. This position will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role is hands-on and requires the use of pneumatic tools and other hand tools in a fast-paced, assembly-style manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage or wear.
- Replace broken or missing boards, nails, and other components.
- Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure repaired pallets meet company quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience using pneumatic and hand tools preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60-70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in pallet repair or a similar manufacturing role is an asset.
Work Environment
- Located in the Foothills Industrial, Calgary.
- Assembly-based manufacturing plant.
- Individual workstations with dedicated tools and repair areas.
