Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for AI tools
• Enable safe and effective AI tool usage among business users
• Facilitate AI Working group meetings and document use cases




• Run enablement sessions like lunch-and-learns for team engagement
• Manage AI tool licenses and subscriptions organization-wide
Requirements:
• 7+ years in IT product management or operations roles
• Experience with Enterprise AI tools and training
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
