Service Specialist

The Service Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area and ensuring a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer issues and supervise the front end of the store while on duty.
- Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance at the checkout.
- Provide frequent customer service contact in a fast‑paced environment, delivering quality service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Train and monitor staff, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on work habits.
- Maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style.

Qualifications

Applicants should have superior customer service experience, a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
