Responsibilities

- Plan, direct, and managed multimillion dollar projects.
- Ensured that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities.
- Analyze results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources.
- Coordinate the successful simultaneous development of several projects.
- Delegate responsibilities and designed time schedules.
- Review project status reports during each operational phase.
- Prepare weekly project status reports for management.

Requirements





- Dedicated individual with a thorough knowledge of construction, building technology, and methodology and construction drawings.
- An individual fully capable to work alone or as a team player.
- Proven ability to complete projects under budget and within the time constraints, motivate subcontractors and general contractors involving multiple trades, skills, and locations.
- Making decisions and being accountable.
- Top notch presentation, negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills at all levels.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
- Dedicated to maintaining the highest quality, standard, safety, and completion of projects
