Become a Life Enrichment Worker - BSO, creating engaging programs that enhance Residents' lives through therapeutic and recreational activities. Contribute to an interdisciplinary team focusing on impactful care in long-term settings.
This part time role involves assessing Residents’ needs and developing personalized care plans that encompass the five domains of care. With a focus on observation and teamwork, you will participate in behavioral assessments and provide continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your ability to communicate compassionately and effectively will enrich the lives of the Residents you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize group and individual programming events
• Assess and support therapeutic and leisure needs




• Facilitate documentation and follow BSO processes
• Improve care services using monitoring tools
• Foster respectful communication with families and teams
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields required
• Minimum 6 months experience in Life Enrichment
• Familiarity with restorative care preferred
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid are mandatory
• Food Handler’s certification required every 5 years
