This role in the Location Contracting group demands collaboration with Project Managers to handle project documentation and financial compliance, ensuring timely completion of tasks. You'll work on various projects while fostering a positive culture through effective communication and proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes to meet project requirements
• Coordinate transition of projects from Sales to Operations
• Administer project documentation for compliance and delivery
• Ensure timely customer invoicing as per project guidelines
• Record project costs accurately including time sheets and invoices
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED with 2 years experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic accounting experience with financial systems preferred
• Knowledge of construction law an asset
• Flexibility for overtime as needed
