You will support Ledcor's Technical Services team in Hamilton, Brantford, or Haldimand County by developing Job Hazard Analysis and Secure Work Practice documents. Your role requires over three years of applicable experience in construction or telecommunications safety, fostering relationships with operational teams to drive HS&E; improvements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect work areas and address safety concerns
• Advise supervisors and conduct safety training sessions
• Collaborate on developing safety protocols and guidelines
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Analyze incident reports and implement corrective measures
Requirements:
• 3+ years of safety experience in construction/telecom
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
• Health and safety certification (CRSP, CSO or NCSO preferred)
• Proven risk assessment and program development
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
