Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline support for bookings and inquiries
• Resolve urgent issues during flight disruptions
• Keep travel agent and TMC information updated
• Draft and circulate trade communications
• Assist in group booking management and ticketing
Requirements:
• Business or Marketing degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
