TruGreen Metal seeks a dedicated Shop Hand to support daily operations in our scrap metal yard. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic maintenance and cleaning in the shop
• Organize tools and assist in shop inventory management
• Help tradespeople with preparations and tasks

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Shop Hand considered beneficial
• Enrollment as an Apprentice in Heavy Equipment Mechanics is a plus
• Welding expertise and mechanical skills required
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs, performing physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
