About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead its revenue generation efforts and drive sustainable growth in the Canadian and US markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a multi-year sales strategy, owning revenue targets, and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B technology sales, including experience in IT solutions, VAR, MSP, DMR, or technology distribution environments. The CSO will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability,
and ensuring the team is aligned with the company's values of integrity, collaboration, and client-centricity.
The ideal candidate for the CSO position at the company will have a minimum of 12 years' B2B technology sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A deep understanding of enterprise IT categories and a data-driven mindset are essential. The role demands a leader with solid executive presence, capable of engaging C-suite buyers and representing the company at the highest levels. Key responsibilities include team leadership, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should be adept at strategic vision, commercial acumen, and have a proven ability to negotiate and structure complex deals. A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is required, with an MBA being an asset.
