Key Responsibilities:
• Install and troubleshoot wireless telecom equipment
• Conduct fiber cross-connects and perform hardware swaps
• Optimize network performance through testing and analysis
• Use OSS/NMS for alarm monitoring and documentation
• Ensure compliance with RF safety and OHS standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field
• 3+ years of field experience in telecommunications
• Valid tower climbing certification when applicable
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end network architecture
