In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and source top talent across various positions. The ability to perform full life cycle recruiting—covering talent pipelining, candidate assessment, and proactive networking—is essential. Your expertise in high-volume recruitment will ensure the organization secures the best candidates to enhance our healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full life cycle searches for diverse roles

• Assess candidates with competence-based screening

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years' recruiting experience, preferably in high volume
• Solid client relationship skills and proactive communication
• Experience recruiting for operations and distribution centers
• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) desirable
