In this permanent, full time role, you will oversee WCB's Project Delivery Office. As the Team Lead, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of Delivery Managers and Project Managers. Your leadership will shape project delivery practices that align with organizational priorities and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Business Systems Planning and portfolio governance initiatives
• Develop and mentor Delivery Managers and Project Managers
• Monitor project health and financial performance




• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Strong leadership experience in technology delivery
• Excellent understanding of project governance and portfolio management
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions with stakeholders
• Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are assets
