Tiercon Corp. seeks a knowledgeable Program Manager to lead automotive projects at the Stoney Creek facility. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and demands a blend of program management and engineering experience. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of program launch while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage programs from award to successful production sign off
• Assemble and lead APQP teams for timely launches
• Supervise engineering activities related to programs




• Create and maintain APQP documentation and program files
• Coordinate prototype and production sample submissions
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma required
• 5 years in program management and engineering experience
• Knowledge of injection moulding, painting, and assembly
• Familiarity with GD&T; and APQP principles
• Valid passport with travel availability required
