We are seeking an experienced Daycare Supervisor with 2-3 years in early childhood education. Your role will focus on developing programs that support children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. This position requires supervision of staff and volunteers, alongside developing nurturing environments for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess children's development and create learning plans
• Develop child-care programs that promote overall growth
• Maintain daycare equipment and facilities
• Supervise staff and volunteers effectively
• Observe and report on children's progress and behavior
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education level in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in daycare supervision
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Knowledge of licensing regulations
• Ability to establish collaborative relationships
